SWOT ANALYSIS
· The problem to be solved : Refereeing Errors
· Stage of development :
Initially, based on the Triangular Module, I developed the Triangular System of refereeing-(TS Refereeing) one side is the referee, 2nd side is the lineman and 3rd side the Goal lineman (new Member) at ground level. It did improve refereeing to a great extent but still leaves room for errors and also created confusion. Goal lineman could be easily mistaken for goalkeeper by the attacking team. Goal lineman would be a guiding factor as he shall be always beside the goal post. For years I searched for a solution, finally mystic science gave me the solution. I shifted goal lineman above ground level and all the problems disappeared leaving refereeing to a level of perfection. Hence the system was transformed from TS - Triangular System to TPS - Triangular & Panoramic System.

When you are at the bottom, you just see some little portion ”. Says a Great Mystic.
“ When you go up you have an overview of everything – a good panorama.
Now (i.e., at ground level) our eyes see only about 40 or 50 feet ”. Says another Great Mystic.
STRENGTHS OF TPS :
1. Leaves no room for refereeing errors to occur.
2. Gives absolute justice on the playfield.
3. Avoid unnecessary disputes among players/referee/linemen/supporters.
4. No suspension, unjustified payment of fines and removal of licence to players and referee/ass.
5. Good distribution of yellow/red cards.
6. Put a final end to hooliganism.
OPPORTUNITIES :
1. Allows Referee & linemen to perform beyond age 45 in international matches. What is required is sound & quick judgement and not excellent physical fitness.
2. Refereeing team may consist of women for masculine football and vice versa.
3. TPS can be easily applied on all types of stadium or soccer playfield and whether it is an ordinary match or matches at high level of competition, including professional and non-professional soccer.
WEAKNESSES ? NONE !!
THREATS :
We know all well what harm bad refereeing has done around the world resulting in mob frustration leading to social disturbance and even loss of life. Mauritius went so far as to ban football for a long period when there was loss of life - “ Affair Amicale ”. It is perhaps the first country in the world to have taken such action for the respect of human life.
Special Remarks (1)
Ø The present refereeing system is not responding to the high technical level of soccer.
Ø All irregularities and infringement are to be promptly sanctioned if we want to do justice to the game.
Ø Action against the referee or the player after the match cannot render justice to the game as the final score or result is unalterable.
Ø Several teams had been kicked out of the many competitions simply because of refereeing errors.
Ø We have seen and still seeing many – till when?

Ø Misuse of the yellow and red cards.
Ø Bad refereeing is the cause of dispute/fighting among players on the soccer field, in/outside the stadium among supporters.
Ø Supporters will not tolerate for long refereeing errors. Life of each and every one should be protected, not only through police security but also primarily by adopting a sound and reliable refereeing technique.
Ø Soccer is the most popular sport-game in the world. Big crowds are present. If we cannot afford a sound refereeing we are putting people’s life in danger.
Ø If we are not careful, soccer will end up in tragedy.
Ø I have proposed a wonderful system to improve refereeing. All irregularities and infringements, without exception, are promptly detected and spontaneously sanctioned accordingly.
Ø This system is not based upon use of advanced technology but is formulated very scientifically, comprising of mystic science and approach, physical laws and mathematics.
Ø Scientific proof is here – It can be tested on the soccer field by replicating a match as many times as we want where several infringements have occurred, we shall come out with the same result i.e. all infringements promptly and instantaneously detected and sanctioned accordingly.
Ø This system can be easily applied on all types of stadium or soccer playfield and whether it is an ordinary match or matches at high level of competition, including professional and non-professional soccer.
Ø This is a scientific research work that has so far been produced regarding improvement/perfect in refereeing since the creation of soccer.
Ø We all know very well the bad refereeing errors are causing.
Ø It will for sure put an end to hooliganism.
